Rates:

Our clients have every right to be concerned about the rising costs of legal services.  Most of our cases are handled based upon hourly rates, which are competitive based upon the experience of the attorney.  We are a small law office and the client is not charged for multiple attorneys reviewing the same document or pleading.  

We also handle some cases on a contingency fee basis where there is no fee, unless there is a monetary recovery for the client.  

Hybrid fees are also available where the hourly rate for legal services provided to the client is reduced, in return for a share of any recovery received by the client.  

Our goal is for the potential client to fully understand the fees that may be incurred in representing the client, prior to the client retaining our firm to provide legal services.
